OUR CURRICULUM

SPORTS

AOS camps offer intensive sports training including technical training, tactical training, small-sided games, and match play. Learn from established, licensed coaches and athletes who have coached and competed at the international, national and collegiate level. The Athlete of Significance Sports Leadership Camps not only uses sports to teach leadership, we use proven leadership principles to teach and reinforce enhanced skill development.

LEADERSHIP

Communication – Communication and connecting with coaches, teammates and others is key unlocking leadership potential.  The AOS approach to effective communication is distinctly positive in orientation.  Our curriculum is designed around building people up to create stronger teams and stronger relationships though positive interaction. Athletes will discover and refine communication skills they already possess and learn more about recognizing and embracing others communication styles.

Significance – “Significance” is a mindset shift from being simply “success orientated.”  The AOS Leadership sessions will greatly enhance your influence on the field or court and extend your potential beyond the game.  Whether in the classroom or on the field or court, AOS Sports Leadership Camp participants will develop the skills required to stand out from the competition all while uplifting their peers.

Call Out Breakout – Finding the good in others is paramount to becoming a Servant Leader and an Athlete of Significance.  We end each day uplifting the GREAT of those we interacted with during the day.
